Started with Howe RFC in P5, Senior Debut v Panmure 1998, 4 seasons at West of Scotland 1999-2003 with a summer playing for Hamilton Old Boys u21s in NZ in 2000. Dundee 05-08 including a summer for Boudler (Colorado) in summer of 2007. Heriots 08-10, Gold Coast Eagles 2010-12, rejoined the Howe 2012 - present.
REPRESENTATIVE HONOURS: Scottish Club International 2006/07 & 2007/08. Scotland u21 2002/03 (1 cap), Great Britain Universities 7's at 2006 World Cup (runner up in Rome, Italy) and 2008 World Cup (as Captatin, 5th Cordoba, Spain). Glasgow Warriors back up squad 2002/03, Scotland 7's training squad 2002/03. Full Blue and Dundee University Sportsman of the Year 2008.

First Game for Howe, Winnings Howe7's 2003 with West, Club International debut, Winning the BT Cup with Heriots in 2009. Representing GB Uni's at World Cup as Captain.
Howe Inspirations: Dave Rollo and Chris Reekie as Howe Icons. Iain Rankin as my coach at Dundee and also m colts coaches Lindsey Petrie and Iain Kirkhope.
