Started playing at 6 yrs old in Hong Kong.  Played some representative rugby out there in teens before returning to boarding school at Strathallan where I played rugby.  Joined Glasgow Hawks after leaving school and player 10 seasons which inlcuded 10 Melrose 7's, one Premiership Title, a Scottish Cup and Plate.  Also played for Rugby Ecosse in a Tier 2 7's Competition in Geneva 2 years in a row and selected for the Legacy Select 7's team playing an exhibition against the Borders at the Glasgow leg of the IRB 7's circuit.  Left Hawks and joined Aberdeen Grammar then Aberdeenshire whilst working up north.  Joined GHA last year upon moving back to Glasgow for work.  Latterly I have also started coaching nd have gained my Level 1 Referee's Qualification.

Best Rugby Memory or Experience: Early Years:  Player Hong Kong 7's as a kid ad represented HK as a teenager on two tours to France and Australia.  School Years: One of the youngest pupils to ever play for Strathallan's 1st XV aged 15 in a cup match.  Senior Years:  Playing at Murrayfield, reaching the semi final at the Melrose 7's, being selected for Rugby Ecosse and for the Legacy Select 7's team.
Howe Inspiration: Help the team be successful in the League this year and help pass on my experience to the younger players.
Rugby Goals & Aspirations: Stay fit, continue playing as long as I can before the body gives in and I forced to retire.
